A Quickie

It's hard to believe, but I'm not actually dead and I haven't forgotten how to use Movable Type. A miracle, no?

This is just a quick little update since I'm leaving at 8:00 am tomorrow for San Francisco to finally meet all of my co-workers. That's right - we're all on our way to California tomorrow for our Christmas (yeah, it's a little late) party.

Anyway, I've got to go to bed soon, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive, my dad's still doing well, and I that I am going to come back and start posting again some day, maybe even someday soon.

I owe lots of people e-mails (especially Nicole and Kenny) but I'll try and get those out soon. My mailbox is getting something like 800 spam messages a day and since I use webmail, that means I'm having to delete it all by hand and, with that many messages, it runs slow and takes forever.

Anyway, if you still come by and read the site, be sure and leave a comment to let me know. Readership here is basically down to nothing, but it would be nice to see some comments again.

Oh, and while you're at it, go vote for this recipe that Mike created.
