The End of Blogathon 2005

It's hard to believe, but the 2005 Blogathon is now officially over.

I'd like to thank all the people that sponsored me so far this year, raising a total of $371 for Heifer International. Since I didn't begin fundraising until a little over a week ago, I am pleasently surprised by the amount that we were able to raise.

My sponsors are as follows: Mac, Laurence, Wendy, Howard, Mie, Elaine, Ealasaid, Elke, Kristine, Ken, Luka, Brenna, Don, Groovehouse, Karel, Shawn, Lilith, Terry, Naubionna, Jaime, and Heather.

All of these people are getting their name entered into a drawing for a set of my Burn It CDs, four discs in total. We'll be accepting sponsors until Tuesday, so I won't do the drawing until then. If you can spare a few dollars, please go sponsor me. Keep in mind that I put over fifty songs up for you to download for free within these posts, so if you liked a few of them, sponsoring me would be a lovely thing to do.

I's also like to say congratulations to all the other bloggers that participated. We've managed to raise over $55,000 for many different charities to help lots of people in need. Fantastic job.

I'm sorry I couldn't sponsor you this year. considering I just had to beg my mother for money, I didn't think it was a very good idea to be giving that money to anyone but the charity of Boy & Girl.
