You Can Do It!

I don't watch a ton of commercials thanks to my TiVo, but there are some that I just always have to watch and that I enjoy probably far more than I should.

Currently these include the Geiko commercials with Tony Little ("You can do it!") and Speed Racer, the Bush's Baked Beans commercial (especially the one in Boston where Jay laughs when Duke says, "...not for sale." It's so cute), and the Pedigree commercial "We're for puppies." I just sit there and squeal at all of the puppy cuteness. I wish I could find that for download.

I also like the new Diet Coke commercial where the guy with red socks is dancing around his house. While at Whiskey Bar in the Hotel Icon with Treocast and phliKtid, it came on and the DJ said it's by The Body Rockers, so that's good to know.

What commercials do you like? Any? None? Somebody talk to me! lol

Well, I like the Mastercard commercials where the dog gets left behind in California and then hitches back home. That one is sweet.
And the Capital One commercial where the guy in the yellow shirt screams like a girl and then jumps over the cubicle always makes me laugh.

I realize they're not funny, but I can't help dancin' around when the Six Flags commercials come on. The song and kid in the old guy mask just make me move. I even had the DJ at our wedding play the song. I never knew it was so long.

If the link doesn't work, check the Pedigree website for the "We're for dogs" commercial. I think those are some of the happiest commercials ever made.

Diet Coke Comm. Who is that guy dancing with the red socks "i like the way you move". Song is great but his smile is amazing. Who is he?

I suspect it's Paul Blackthorne from the movie Lagaan, but I'm not sure. He can definitely dance, and i like that song "i like the way you move"

Actually the Diet Coke red socks guy is Paul Papadakis. He also did the Smirnoff Tripple Black commercial where the blond woman named Alex was waiting for her blind date named Brad. Brad shows up in a red corvette and is a total lounge lizard. This guy saves her by telling Brad that he is the blind date - Alex.
