Working Out

Excellent! My Winsor Pilates DVDs showed up today!

Since my goal is to loose eight more pounds and get tone by the beginning of the year, this is great timing! Now I need to see if I can borrow my brother's DVD player for my room. Somehow I just can't see myself doing pilates in the living room in front of my whole family!

me too!!! :)
i recently picked up a copy of pilates on DVD, but thus far have been too chicken to try them. I always worry that i'll do something very wrong which will lead to more pain.
