Retail Therapy

My brother is a strong believer in the soothing power of retail therapy. I figured since now none of my clothes fit me (I've lost almost twenty pounds), I may as well go and get some nice basics that I can mix and match for things like parties and dates. I hit Banana Republic and got three skirts (two long and one short), a top, a top with a cami underneath, and the best pair of pen striped pants ever.

I had Russell take pictures for me, but they all came out looking weird (I am just so unphotogenic most times except for this one and I've still got some weird kind of look on my face). Since it was the only decent one, though, it had to go up. Check out the sexy new me! (And I'm not tall at all - not sure how I got lucky enough to find pants to give me that illusion!)

Ooooh, hello fancy pants! Hehe :) I love that shirt, I've always wanted one like it, but unfortunately I'm a bit on the large side and they don't carry my size at the Banana. Bastards!

Re: Burn it...I saw the other day that you were going to send out copies of your spring & summer mixes to the people who were in your group rather than making a new mix. Well...since I have your spring & summer mixes, don't worry about me (like I'm sure you were stressing over me anyway...haha!)

So yes, wear that outfit EVERYWHERE! It looks great! :)
