Speaking of Books...
I hit the used bookstore and now have seven more books to release into the wild through BookCrossing. They are:
- Two copies of The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
- A copy of Pet Sematary by Stephen King
- A copy of The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub
- A copy of The Bad Place by Dean R. Koontz
- A copy of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
- A copy of The Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings
Next week I'll start releasing them and see if I have any luck with someone notifying BookCrossing that the books have been found.

Oooo ... I wonder what would happen if you left the entire 12-book Belgariad/Malloreon-plus-prequels laying around for somebody to find? The mind boggles. :)
Sounds more like a set up for Candid Camera!
.: Dawn said on January 25, 2003 10:00 PM :: link it :.I love bookcrossing - but nobody has found any of the boosk I have left either - well at least not gone on the site and reported finding them. I almost wish you didn't have to register to report a found book. I wonder if that might be the barrier. I have a stephen king book i'm releasing tomorrow - so who knows.
.: eve said on January 25, 2003 10:03 PM :: link it :.The David Eddings series was one of my favorites back in junior high. I started reading it when he'd only published the first 2, and had to wait a year each for the rest of them. I've been thinking about re-reading them...
