A Sad Story in The Gold Box
Nothing that I wanted in my Amazon.com Gold Box Offers, but I do share the story of how The Usual Suspects was ruined for me.
.: Leatherman 65070303 Tool Adapter for The Wave: I don't even know what "The Wave" is much less need a tool adaptor for it.
.: Action ACN-5402 4" LCD Portable TV/Monitor: I don't think I've ever seen a review this low. Pass!
.: Steiner Military / Marine 8x30 Binocular: I am stereo blind (that means when I look through things like microscopes or binoculars, I see two images instead of one), so these would do me no good at all.
.: Sparkle In-line Skates (Size 6): I don't have any kids so this is completely useless to me. Pass.
.: Mobil 1 Rally Championship: no interest in this. Plus, I never play my Playstation any more.
.: Microsoft Project 2002: as a project manager, this looks like software thta could really help me in my job. Wonder if I should see if we could use this at the office?
.: The Usual Suspects (Special Edition): this movie was completely ruined for me due to poorly set up chapter selections. I had fallen asleep about halfway through the movie so Steven went to the chapter selection menu to start it at the last thing I remember. There was one chapter entitled "Kaiser Sousa" and it showed the police sketchbook with the drawing of who he really was. Ruined the whole movie for me. I don't know why they thought setting it up with the whole surprise twist of the movie for all to see was a good idea. Idiots.
.: AudioSource IW5S In-Wall Speakers (Pair): we have all the speakers we need. Pass.
.: Conair NE152CS Ultimate Turbo Nose/Ear Trimmer: can I just say, "Ewww!" and leave it at that?
.: Shonfeld's Classic Pasta Gift Set: this seems nice, especially if you have a cook in the family like I do, but it looked a bit pricey.

I actually got ben the leatherman wave and the tool last christmas. I think he's used the tool thingy twice. It really doesn't do anything that the leatherman doesn't already do. It was a waste of money... oh well. He still has and loves and uses his leatherman - hooray for knives, I guess...
