Help Defeat Corporate Polluters
As part of the Homeland Security Act, the White House and some in Congress are proposing to grant broad new secrecy and immunity protections allowing corporations to conceal damaging information from the public and the courts, and avoid accountability for their actions. It would have a devastating effect on law enforcement, the regulatory process, and public safety. Please urge your representatives to reject this secrecy and immunity proposal.

secrecy and immunity protections for corporations? are you kidding me? this just screams "oh shit, all my campaign contributors are getting busted... but i think i can save them, and hell, it'll be in the name of the 'war on terrorism'... i can't lose!"
