Topless = Newsworthy?
What kills me is that the defendants argued that the photo was "newsworthy" so they should be allowed to publish it. WTF is wrong with these people? How is her lounging around topless, in her own backyard, newsworthy? I hate the paparazzi and hope she wins big time. I am glad I am not famous.

YES, I hope she wins too. It's in her own back yard and NO ONE else's buisness. Give me a break- ha! Newsworthy, bah!
.: Anne said on June 4, 2002 03:30 PM :: link it :.But hey, you are a little hottie, so maybe someone would think it was newsworthy to snap a picture you in your backyard :winkwink:
.: kristine said on June 4, 2002 03:51 PM :: link it :.True as it may be that she is a little hottie... Is it really anyone's business to snap any pic of her out of her home or backyard without permission, first? I don't think so:-)
.: Anne said on June 4, 2002 07:01 PM :: link it :.that's so against the law. if she were on a beach in the south of france, yes, fair game. backyard? no. she'll win.
i wouldn't mind seeing the pics, just for, you know, legal research purposes.
