Home Again, Home Again
Steven and I are back from Vegas. We didn't loose too much money gambling (me - about $120; him - about $200) and had a lot of fun, so all in all, it was a successful trip. I relaxed, completely let go of work issues, and just enjoyed being with Steven.
"O", Cirque du Soleil's show at the Bellagio, was incredible. The set, the acts, the water - all of it was stunning. We had incredible tickets since we booked through the poker room, and while expensive, they were well-worth it. I would highly recommend this show if you happen to be in Vegas. Even though this was our fourth trip together, this was our first time to see a show, so that was a new experience as well.
Our room was on the twenty-eighth floor, so we had an excellent view of the Fountains of Bellagio. As soon as we get our pictures back, I'll put some of them up.
I would like to thank Promoguy for taking care of The Neurotic Fishbowl while I was away. He did a great job and I really appreciate his guest appearance. :-)
It's late, I'm tired, and we still need to unpack. I hope everyone's had a great week and expect more posts tomorrow (though maybe not a lot of them since I have to catch up with work and have about a billion e-mails to go through). Good night!
